Style. Attitude. Vibrancy. Originality. This is Bisha Hotel and Residences, the newest private-label boutique hotel brand to originate in Toronto since the Four Seasons in the 1960s. Designed by award-winning architect Rudy Wallman of Wallman Architects, the 41-storey flagship property will be nestled in the heart of Toronto’s entertainment district on Blue Jays Way, just south of King Street West. “We could have found someone pretty quickly who wanted to be attached to the brand. But we didn’t want to just have a name who would let some third-rate person execute the vision. Lenny is very particular about what he gets involved with as he breaks into this business. He wants to find projects where there’s a mutual focus,” says Pearl.

Rocker Lenny Kravitz, 47, has a vision in mind for his 10,000-square-foot floor assignment. “It’s going to be plush and lush and comfortable and inspiring.”

Kravitz: “Well, I live in hotels for a living and I become accustomed to the services that I get from fine hotels. But then of course I want to go home. Mixing home with the services and amenities of a hotel is a fabulous lifestyle. This you don’t get from a traditional condo.”
