It should be enjoyable.You’ll begin by choosing your preferred layout from a selection of designs based on your various lifestyle needs. Our experienced sales professionals will work with you to help find the right suite that meets all of your requirements. Next, you’ll sign your Agreement of Purchase and Sale that guarantees our commitment to your satisfaction. After becoming a Lifetime client, we will keep you informed throughout the construction process as your home is built.

During construction, you will be contacted to schedule your colour selection appointment. At this milestone, our colour selection team will work with you and assist you in choosing the finishes and upgrades you desire to really make your home yours. Next, when your unit is ready almost complete, you will be invited to conduct a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) during which our representatives will assist you in making sure that all work has been completed to your satisfaction.

If you or our PDI representatives find any deficiencies or discrepancies between your original selections and the presentation, we will correct the issues immediately so that your home meets your expectations upon occupancy.

About a month after your PDI, you’ll be able to pick up the keys and enjoy your new life in your new Lifetime home.

The PDI is your opportunity to make sure that every detail of your home is in accordance with your expectations and wishes. Therefore, it’s important that you prepare for the inspection and take advantage of the opportunity to correct any mistakes.Make sure to note which colours, finishes and any upgrades you chose, and bring this list with you as a reference.

During the inspection you should receive a CCP (Certificate of Completion and Posession) from Tarion for warranty purposes, as well as a home information package. Make sure to obtain these items before leaving the inspection.
